Cannot help any further than the suggestions above I'm afraid.  I have shot bismuth in my 410 for ducks and recently on partridge days and have to say I have not noticed any difference in the killing ability if the bird was in the pattern.

Ive switched out lead and replaced it with bismuth shot. 

I had it tested, as well as the original lead load.

If you are going for fibre bismuth, in 3" . I think thats about 1,1/4oz. Good luck. 

 

Nb speed is over rated. Big shot is great.

And yes. I am talking about nontoxic bismuth.
