Big Al
Excuse my lack of knowledge but I'm considering getting started reloading my wildfowling shells. Can I use a mec sizemaster or do I need a steelmaster for loading steel cartridges?
Rob85
We're you looking on Facebook marketplace? I saw a mec reloading press on it for sale earlier, not sure what it's for though as there was little detail on it

Haha if it had been a better time of the year for me with more cash flow to hide such purchases from the wife I may have dropped a few quid on it myself! I do want to get into reloading, much in the same way as every single one of my fishing flies are hand tied by myself. Being able to bring down a bird with a cartridge i have constructed just appeals to me.
Big Al
Me too. Along with the fact that I could get better performance. I just don't know if the sizemaster can modified or is suitable for steel.
Guest cookoff013
You loading 3.5" ? Steel master does 3" . Steelmaster = bigger holes in bottles, bigger drop tube. Black measure steel bar. You can get a kit to make sizemaster to steelmaster. Is called steel shot kit. I make and weigh, crimp on machine. Or i can run everything through the machine with my special pet loads.
