But if I was suffering from, say, depression I would be very unlikely to go to a doctor with it because I know what the likely outcome would be. Surely thats counterproductive?. I tend to use private GP’s more than the NHS as you can at least get appointments. I had depression and drugs issues in the early 2000’s but none of it shows up on my medical records.
