We were in Washington last year. Trump flew in to the air base near by (Andrew's Air Force Base).

They closed a MASSIVE stretch of road, similar to closing several junctions of the M4 most likely, whilst they drove him on a therefore empty road from the air base right into the white house.

As he did it, hundreds of Police officers lined the street, this was for miles, they had an armed Police officer (they're all armed out there) about every 10-15 feet spaced apart along this massive road. I'm sure not all the way to the White House, but it was really significant.

We also were there when GW Bush's funeral was taking place. SWAT teams in SUV's in convoy with the guests, followed by what looked like a QRF Delta Team, these guys were NOT Police, fully suited and booted military gear in a huge pickup truck.

This was all during times of relative peace  imagine what it's going to be like now...

I was at the G8 summit at the ICC Birmingham in 98. Clinton met with Blaire (An amazing experience) but for two weeks in advance the city played host to US security. All of the sewers were searched and sealed. All the covers of the drains were marked to show tampering and the roof tops were lined with marksmen during the visit. By contrast Blair dropped in for a coffee to our office's at Baskerville House

Nuts isn’t it 🤣🤣

You’ve got British MP’s cycling to work etc whilst the Americans are escorted in with SWAT teams.

I think we just look after our royals like that, I remember when at work in York years ago there was a d list royal I have never herd of coming through town and the whole place was shut down before he was driven through and had a military helicopter over head with a guy hanging out the door with a rather large machine gun. Was quite surreal.

I’m assuming the ‘big man’ is the president, but who is ‘Hunter’?

Now Google 'Hunter Biden's laptop' (not that any of the interesting stuff will come out in that search). This came out just before the election, but massive suppression of the story in the mainstream media, twitter etc.

Some of his business dealings seem a little dodgy too, using  his dad's name and some would allege influence.

The press would have had a field day had that been the Trumps

Thanks, no offence, but I’m not really interested enough to google it. Thankyou anyhow.

Spot on. One has to ask why are they so upset?  Any answers?

Because the Democrats refuses to secure the election process.  Every time the Republicans introduced a bill to require voter IDs the Democrats call it racist because getting a ID is to complicated for blacks because they are under educated.  You can walk into our voting polls and claim residence in that county and vote.  No ID needed.  Then you can go to another county and vote again.  Or vote under a different name.  My dad had someone vote under his name.  I have heard several people bragging about how many times they voted.  One person my cousin reported but to this day they have not be arrested or questioned.  This person in question voted at her college them went home to her parents house and voted again. They were reported in secret because of it the daughter of a guy at work.  The guy at work was a Trump supporter and was furious that his daughter voted twice for Biden.  I had my cousin report it as it couldn’t be tied to me.  Fraud is rampant and it’s thrown in our faces.

That and my vote was never counted.  No vote from me was recorded.  I voted in person.

The saying used here in olden days fits that report....   from the horses mouth .....

The whole deal is going to come back and haunt them for sure and in some ways already is.

So if I have this right, anyone can vote as many times as they like? That should even out should it not? Yes it's scandalous but like I said both democrat and republican can cheat, unless you are saying that republicans wouldn't do that?

Indeed, anyone who accuses Trump, for all his faults, of being a 'hawk' compared to, well, any other president ever, clearly hasn't being paying attention.  Apart from a short-lived and ill-advised strike on Syria, that is.  Where as Obomber...

Which still doesn't preclude them from voting non labour?

bwaaaahahahaha.

Are you seriously suggesting that, on the whole, electoral fraud is commited by both sides, therefore balances out?

It's repugnant regardless of who commits it, and in my view any attempt to resist compulsory voter ID on the grounds of "racism" is the soft bigotry-of-low expectations of the worst kind.

That's basically what I said, and I'm good with ID too.
