Wild Justice forced to pay legal costs

Recommended Posts

Wild Justice has been ordered to pay £10,000 legal costs to Natural Resources Wales (NRW) following their loss in the High Court earlier this month.

The legal costs were claimed by the lawyers representing NRW following Judge Jarman QC dismissing all three claims brought by Wild Justice on the legality of NRW’s general licences.

Let's hope that the cost of their legal team plus the ten thousand will come to a tidy amount. If it was coming out of the terrible trio's pockets they would think twice about bringing these attacks on the shooting and conservation bodies.

They will still carry on conning their followers into forking out their hard earned cash ,that's the third case they have lost now, must be getting expensive.

This - some of their followers are 'fanatics' who are not going to 'give up' and no doubt some will have deep pockets.

I see Avery, Tingay and Peckham have started a petition to get the culling of Badgers stopped, obviously cheaper than a court challenge….https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/333693

There a bit late ! ..just been announced today Badger cull to be effectively banned from 2022, Environment Secretary announces (telegraph.co.uk)

although i'm sure they will claim credit

No doubt, they had heard it was coming, and that is exactly why the petition was started.

Most likely had a sympathetic mole or were tipped off? Supporters everywhere?

I heard costs are capped roe this type of action? If true maybe the winners should investigate a private prosecution to make up the difference?

Spoken to someone affiliated to the C word. And its nothing they have heard of. Potentially a non story

Details on DEFRA, GWCT and Framing web sites. Strange it just when Dominic Dyer (anti and badger campaigner) just got a post as adviser to gov on badgers and TB. Culling Will still be allowed under licence in areas where there is evidence of a problem.         NB

How thick are these people to hire some one like an anti to look after animal welfare. Like sticking a vegetarian in charge of a turkey farm. There biases are going to sway every decision. Some woman on facebook once during an ecollar augment stated she was the lady asked to a paper on the pros and cons of ecollars for the goverment. Yet she was dead against them so what the hell was the point of that

They and their supporters will just consider it money well spent, just as they did for the £25,000 court costs for the releasing of game birds they had to pay when they lost that one.

It maybe illustrates the way these idiots have infiltrated the lobby system to further their aims, or are envelope buddies with those in charge?
