Dry tumbler media

Gentlemen I have a tumbler coming for cleaning 308 and 223 brass.

There are various media on the market but I would like a recommendation from someone who does it. I'd rather only tumble once and it'll be fired brass not anything I've dug out of the ground!

Suggestions please.

Thanks in advance.

I use ground Walnut shell. I've also used Corn shell. I had good results with both. You can also buy it treated.

My cases are cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner first, using Birchwood Casey Brass cleaner, then polished in the tumbler for a minimum of an hour.
