Oldschool Posted March 16, 2021 Report Share Posted March 16, 2021 I am selling my silver Vw Jetta , it’s 56 plate with the bomb proof 1.9 tdi engine , it’s in good condition and has done 96500 miles which looking at some this age is only just run in ! There are similar age cars with 220,000 plus up for sale ! I bought it in November 2020 with a view to a daily commute of 100 miles , this will do 60 mpg on a run. My circumstances have changed and going back to an suv it’s MOT until September no tears on seats all round very clean car. please message me if you want photos and I will email them , based near kings lynn. discobob Posted March 18, 2021 Report Share Posted March 18, 2021 I regret getting rid of my Passat with this engine in it - they are well regarded - I may show this to my son who is eyeing up diesels as he has twigged he can get cheaper insurance on them than the usual cars that youngsters go for!!
