How much info does Google have about people ?

I've been getting quite a few adds for kids electric bikes .

Funny that the daughter and her other half have been looking at them for their kids . 100 miles away !

What ever you have looked at Google know about it try looking at something you would not normally look at I can guarantee you will get ads for it.

Every few months this exact same thread pops up, I don`t get these problems and this is why . You are seeing these adds for several reasons and the two most common are (1) you do not clear the cache in the browser you use (2) you are not using Brave as your browser. Install and setup Brave to automatically clear history on exit and your adds will stop, it really is that simple and there are plenty of tutorials on the net telling you how to do this. Brave also has a built in VPN and private browsing for you to use should you wish and there is no setup needed.

I deliberately didn't look for the electric bikes , the kids did .

Google's mine of personal info must have made a connection .

Been a pleasant change not getting blindsided by unwanted ads.

Will have a look at Firefox on my mobile, I installed it other year but didn't like it much.

Will try it again me thinks.

You don't need Firefox as a browser to get an Ad Blocker.
Most of them suit any browser.
I have Microsoft Edge and I use UBlock , which works perfectly.
