What's this tool called?

Wanted for undoing a 32mm air tube coupling with a 1/8" hole in the edge if that makes a difference. The one shown if for my bench milling machine and doesn't fit due to the peg being too large.

Thats what I thought as soon as I saw it but mine was a flimsy pressed steel one that came in bicycle tool kits

Is that because you use it to tighten up the bearings on the bottom race before flogging the bike?

 Many thanks all, seems like the size I want is made of unobtanium. 

I can modify modify the one I have for my mini miller to make the hook/claw a 3mm pin to fit into the 32mm diameter air tube coupler, maybe drill out the hole to 4mm. It's no problem, I can clean up the vice jaw marks in the lathe.

EDIT: I've now drilled the hole out to 4mm. It'll be easy enough to modify the one I have.
