Oh one other point of note was that I set this gun pretty low energy wize to get 35 shot from the unregged action .this is so I can shoot a 30 shot round of hft with a couple of stoppages .

It runs around 10.5 fpe with the exacts .

The 10.5 grn slugs gave 10 fpe the 13 grn ones 10.5 fpe .the beasts 11.4 fpe and the monsters a whopping 11.8 fpe .which just goes to prove you should always run your sub 12 guns  safely inside the legal limit .even the guys with fac guns

Did u make the gelatine your self ? Mice

It was nothing to do with me mate, a post another fella did on the Agf.

I'm really surprised the monsters managed 11.8fpe I'd have expected them to struggle to leave the barrel.

As this is a short 12 inch barrel pcp heavies always make more energy than lighter pellets (up to a point ) a longer barrel would see less of a difference. Between weights .

I've tested these monsters and beasts before even in an 18 inch barrel and it seams that the optimum weight for peace energy in more the barrel lengths I've tested is some where around 12 grn in .177

The 10.3 and 13.4 grns giving similar energies with 16.2 and 8.4 being lower  .
