Sealing interior brick wall

Hi, Please can anyone recommend a product to seal an interior brick wall.

I have just had a porch built and we decided to keep the exposed brickwork on the inside.  I want to seal to minimise brick dust etc.

I was thinking about a wash of PVA but not sure if that is the best solution.

There are many in the market, but a couple ( or as many as you like ) of coats of stabiliser solution should do it.

There are suitable sealants available in the giant DIY store beginning with B, where you have to Q a lot 😉

It'll be in the outside building section, if your local one is a big store, on the shelves alongside mortar additives.

Hello, I would not us PVA solution, as above posts are a good idea, , stops the dust but still gets that nice brick finish

Not tried it yet, but it has excellent write ups.
Also, importantly for me, it claims it is breathable.

Another point is that it seals the brickwork against staining. This is also very important to us as a couple of our exposed walls are in our kitchen.

We have exposed some Georgian walls, raked out the old cement mortar back down to the original lime mortar and repointed using lime mortar. 
Being mostly Georgian brick, it is very soft and produces dust easily. So, I am thinking of giving this product a go.
