bears and pin cushions(suede and leather).

hiya guys.

most of you have seen the leather and suede collectors bears , but her good self also makes and sells quite a few different products , so i thought id put a few on here from time to time , to see if anyone likes them.

leather and linen pin cushions.

hand made leather pin cushions , in various colours . they have two rows of decorative bonded nylon top stitch , which holds the layers together . the cushion is stuffed with fibre fill to accommodate the pins . the sizes are approximately 4.25" x 1" . the pin cushions make excellent presents , and come in various  colours (just choose from the picture) . we can also mix and match colours , so if youd like something different , just let me know.

as its the first ad for the pin cushions , the cost is £10.00 each , with free postage . in any future ads , they will be advertised at the regular price of £14.60.

 

bears .

bear 1 , is a brown ,  real fur collectors teddy bear , and is made from a vintage sheepskin coat (shearling) . the bear is made to a traditional pattern , with a hump on its back , it has purple (real glass) eyes , with white needle felt accents , the insides of its ears and paw pads are brown leather , and it also wears a purple velvet bow. its nose and mouth are hand embroidered in black thread , and the arms , legs, and head , are fully cotter pin jointed , and move accordingly . the bears tummy contains a fabric bag filled with small mineral stones , to give the bear a very nicely weighted feel , and the rest of the bear , is stuffed with fibre fill. the bear is approximately 16" tall , and is made to sit , but  can also displayed upright , with the use of a stand (not supplied). their is a suede patch on the underside of the bear , that is hand pyrographed , with its date of birth. the bear comes in a very attractive , decorated box.

the cost of bear 1 is , £145.00 , including free UK postage.

 

bear 2 , is a brown ,  real suede bear , with brown leather paw pads . its nose and mouth are hand embroidered with black thread , and , the bear is fully cotter pin jointed . the bear has real glass eyes (black) , and is again weighted with mineral stones , and filled with fibre fill . the bear has pleats in his tummy , to add to his shape . the bear is approximately 13" tall , and has its date of birth , hand pyrographed underneath . the bear comes boxed.

the cost of bear 2 is , £45.00 , including free UK postage.

 

bear 3 , is a red and brown suede bear , with cream leather paw pads , and a cream leather , padded , heart , on its front . its nose and mouth are hand embroidered in black thread , and the bear is fully cotter pin jointed  . the bear has real glass eyes (black) , and the bear is filled with fibre fill , and plastic pellets . the bear is approximately 11" tall , and has its date of birth , hand pyrographed underneath . the bear comes boxed.

the cost of bear 3 is , £35.00 , including free UK postage.

 

these bears are collectors items , and are strictly not suitable as play bears for children .

Thankyou for your generous words Shawn. 

The bears are a labour of love for lin . Quite a few collectors from around the world have collections of her bears now . I keep telling her to double the price , in line with similar quality bears .

I have previously bought two of the bears as christening presents and been impressed 😊

Funnily enough shaun , quite a few of her bears are bought as christening presents.   She pyrographs the babies , name , date of birth , and , birth weight , on to the bear .  They make a very special and totally unique present.
