Have applied both at work. Must admit I was dubious regarding the membrane initially, but it was made to measure with welted laps ( all running the right way! 😀) and worked a treat over marine ply. 
Clear or opaque sheets are good too, as long as you get your spars in the right place.

Yes it's easy to fit, you just follow the instructions.

Yes I can't fault the supplier, I rang them both times and explained what I wanted and they give good advice. Both times it was cheaper than the ebay price.

Edited to say the supplier is only 15 mile away from me and I have visited the site and its a big operation.

Yes very happy with it on the garage and shed. It's very easy to fit. I layed it on the shed, rolled it half way back, applied the glue, roll the rubber on the glue, get the air bubbles out and same with the other side.
