Best to rewind to the beginning to get the whole story. The report didn't give any detailed information about the document it is based upon. There was a graphical image of "a document" over which the supposed quotes were displayed, but no actual photographic evidence of the document or indeed an explanation as to how exactly it has been leaked. This does cast doubt over the authenticity of the story. And it'll also set @Dave-G off about chemtrails again, just when he'd managed to spend a couple of nights in bed without the tinfoil hat on!! Again? I've previously suggested biological warfare is being prepared by China - and likely a few other players too. novichok anyone? Proving the ability and willingness to make and use the stuff seems about as good as a nuclear deterrent to my mind. I also wonder if the jabs are a practice run - or at the very least an attempt to minimise future attacks potential and that more innoculations are likely to follow as intelligence is gathered. Have a think please Dave, the secret document mentioned how best to deliver it, meaning that they need to be close to centres of population and as much as I have mocked my RAF pals, I don't think they just work 9-5 five days a week. The boss in China is looking more and more like the 2nd coming of chairman Mao Zedong so it wouldn't surprise me if he he thought just wiping out a few million people to achieve his goal was worth it, some mutated strain than seems specific to Taiwanese people, you can program nanotechnology to do these sorts of things. The debate really is about how much we are not being told "for our own good" If a shower of killer asteroids was heading towards earth would they tell us? More significantly, why would they tell us? Of course the ruling classes would be evacuated to some place of safety but we wouldn't get evacuated so why tell us? Margaret Thatcher in an unguarded comment about UFOs famously said "oh yes but you can't tell the people" what did she mean by that???
