I would check with the livestock owner. Generally it isn’t a problem at this time of year, but when the sheep are in lamb or feeding newborns then it would be a great way to land yourself the blame for any losses. Generally fibre wad over pasture (well everywhere) as sheep live to find ways to die. This includes ingestion of plastic wads.
