Nissan adblue

Hi lads as anybody had trouble with there Nissan np300 with the adblue I can’t top up it’s saying add adblue but it is not letting me put any in keeps coming out as quick as I can put it in any advice please.

Phoned Nissan at Chester can’t get me in till the end of October it’s still got 12 months warranty .

Mine did it when I filled it right up once. Just ignore it or cancel the warning and it will go away.

There's not really anything wrong. Had the same on a lot of tractors with the fuel, I think once you fill past the max of the sender it confuses it and says it is low. As you use it the level drops below the senders max and it is happy again. If you are really worried (and there is no reason why you should be) you could syphon some out and see what happens. I don't recommend doing so as chances are you will get contaminates in the tank somehow.

Sounds like an anti Syphon valve issue, you may need to Push a tube down to open it up.

 

Either that or already filled, when warning light comes on, usually still 1\3 adblue left, so need to only add 2\3 of tank size to fill.

If it’s under the Nissan five year warranty then ring up Nissan Assistance and say your stranded due to this issue.

Mine came on at only 1700miles from new but after restarting, hasn’t come back on again.

Hi it’s booked in at Shrewsbury on Monday under 5 year warranty but just read on a different forum that you can get a air lock was wondering if I got a very thin plastic tube and very carefully thread it down would it open vacuum
