By shear coincidence I was about to do a post on these as I have shot them (at clays No5 32g Standard Steel).

Little bit thumpy but seemed to do the job to 40 yards ok.

You will still leave a plastic wad behind (in that it is Polylactic Acid plastic from corn, rather than Polyethylene  from crude oil) which will still take time to biodegrade (into tiner bits if it is thermocomposted) but less than a hundred years the crude oil one takes.

what I will note is that they only have 26.2gr of commercial grade alliant steel powder (1.7g) and that this is 4-6 grains less than the equivalent USA loading for 1 1/8 (32g) and as such look to be velocity wise about 1230ft/sec at the muzzle, no where near the 1400ft/sec claimed and therefore fall below 1ftlb energy per pellet at 50yards.

Similarly the No3  High performance Steel loading, similarly launches at 1230ft/sec, and fall below 1ftlb at 65 yards, with the HP designation confering no obvious advantage.
