Where to ride a child's quad bike

My lads have been into motocross for over 30 years and I am well aware of all practice tracks. My grandchildren have just got a Quadzilla 100cc and I am struggling to find where they can ride it. We have seen 100cc and a lot larger at some motocross tracks, where they also have a children's track. We checked the availability of tracks before buying a quad, but they are now saying they only allow either 50cc or others - 90cc. I have witnessed many quads far larger at the respective tracks, but don't want to get involved in disputes about engine size.

Looking for a practice track in north west ideally, but will travel to Cheshire, Yorkshire etc.

Green lanes?, I know you are not supposed to but nobody seems to be enforcing it

You have to have a valid driving licence, insurance and road tax (where applicable) to use a green lane,  so definitely not.
