30 litres without having to inform the petroleum enforcement authority. If over 30litres but less than 275 you have to write to them. Over 275 and you have to apply for a licence.

Why would you even want to? 
 

The current demand is idiotic. 
 

If the current “crisis” lasts more than a week and becomes a real crisis your small hone storage would become insignificant anyway.
