Plenty up here, can they be off the ground?

I've noticed a lot of acorns that were lay on the ground last year are growing,  hard work not standing on them sometimes.

Yes, off the ground is good. Thanks.

I'm hoping to plant some Acorns soon, ready for planting out next year. If anyone can supply me with some, I'm happy to cover the postage etc.

                     Thanks.

I’d also like to plant some round a new housing development if anyone has acorns

I'll pick up what I see, would any of the saplings be any good to you?

Saplings (a few) good also if taking them wouldn’t disturb the natural balance

No problem Dez. Thanks for looking. It's the same down here, nothing about, but loads last year. My mate said it's 'part of the cycle'.

I think he’s right about a cycle I thought it was just here, the foresters felled and replanted 80 acres of oak this year on my permission so was hard to tell.
