yates
Can a mobile phone interfere with the performance of a watch battery? When I leave my mobile next to my watch overnight watch always loses time or stops. I have changed batteries twice and always have the same problem. I have two watches and both are affected by this. Leave the watches in another room and there are no issues. Any ideas? Edited October 5, 2021 by yates
Cosmicblue
It's possible. Mobile devices emit radio frequency signals - not just the signal that connects to the cellular network but also Bluetooth, Wireless and NFC, most likely one of them interferes with the internals of the watch. Dougy
Try it, move either watch or phone away for X amount of days. Find your answer.
bigroomboy
Is your phone in a case with a magnetic closure?
yates
Yes it does have a magnetic closer on the case. Think you have hit the nail on the head. Thank you
