To me they are simply criminals engaged in a criminal activity.

They deserve no entitlement to be treated any differently to any other law breaker.

This country owes them nothing beyond the right to plead their case and get a fair, but brief, hearing.

Throwing away their phones and paperwork is an indication of their guilt

I've said from the start this has been organised by parties that have an ulterior motive , From the day Cameron call them the Hoard marching through Europe !

england is gone.walk through most towns and cities and you may as well be in a foreign country. boston is a exceĺlent example of this.

I believe that a lot of our cities and larger towns are gone - and it is slowly trickling down - I fear that it is a war that the Powers That Be either didn't even realise was happening or fully colluded in for their "great vision". If it was the latter - then they should be done for treason - the former - they should be done for negligence

But who would "do" them - not themselves.

Tony Blair opened the flood gates to what is currently happening with his vision of multi cultural Britain. I believe what really drove his intentions was an idea to shore up the UK's aging population with cheap foreign labour, which would also have secured our place as one of the cogs in the giant machine that is the EU. Just as Germany controls high skilled manufacturing, France was gifted farming, the UK was to become a low pay, low skill and services economy.

Thank god we never joined the Euro and voted out before our fate was sealed.

Youre not wrong, blair said only 20,000 would come from Eastern Europe , by 2004 there was 500,000, and by 2009,    1 million.
These days we have around 3 million, I say around , as no one really knows.
We DO know there was 5 million applicants for residency post Brexit though ....

From these multicultural benefits , we have NHS and schooling barely coping, and a housing market that cant cope with demand, forcing prices out of reach of us mere mortals, as they are snapped up for the benefits driven rental market, often by entreprenurial migrants .
This doesnt even include non EU , or illegal migration, which again , we have no clue on the numbers.
Stab in the dark estimates say 500,000 undocumented 3rd world migrants roam the streets ?

The social state in this country is creaking under the weight of home grown and foreign mouths , the hotel bill for asylum seekers was £5million A DAY in February https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10472625/Home-Office-admits-spending-5million-DAY-housing-asylum-seekers-hotels.html

This doesnt include detention centres, those living in social housing, or the legal costs , as WE fight their claims for them.

And we are just waiting for them to get that well paid doctor or engineering job , so they can pay taxes and feed our pension pots 😆
We may be waiting some time, so yes , the history has had to be re written, as the promised future was in fact , a pack of lies.

one of the reasons was that Blair was doing everything he could to get brownie points for his election as EU President....for a while he was tipped as this .........

he was passed over.....years later...and as a result of an interview with one of his close associates....it was disclosed that the failure of becoming President of the EU after all the groundwork that was put in.....totally destroyed him...it effected him very badly and he had to disguise it

just shows you what he is really like ....and he is not alone.........

Yep, theyre still moving , still lying, and his bank balance continues to grow.
How does such a hated man , become so wealthy ?

His reported wealth of £50 million sounds dubiously low, when you hear that most of it has been made in property investments, he can charge £200K a pop for a speaking engagement , and he runs his own 'foundation' (another name for money laundering)
Unofficial estimates put the blairs at £150 million.

Much like the clintons , who left the White house with nothing , in fact owing money, as they struggled to pay off Billys sexual assault claims, these days manage the 'clinton foundation' and have a net worth of around $250 million

Nice work if you can get it ?

You can laugh but it's a well known fact. The EUs ultimate goal is to become one giant country under one governance (the EU commission). It would make little sense for the states of the EU to be competing with each other, hence the different sector splits.

If what I've stated is not correct, then why were the french given the farming sector at the UK's expense?

That's despite the UK being more efficient at it at the time?

We then had to pay a tax to the EU which was used to help French farmers at UK farmers expense. You simply couldn't make it up.

Where is the proposal for a single country? It's a nonsense to suggest that the EU is an entity that has a goal. The EU is a collection of Countries a often quoted criticism being that there are so many partners that it cannot make a decision quickly.

We have no stand alone solution to the challenges we are currently facing, such as  global warming, fishing, farming, standards, energy production and migration. We cannot financially compete with EU research programs, near earth comm's. Like it or not trade partnership and co-operation is the way forward. We might not like it but it's the only answer for managing declining resources. The EU will evolve and I have no doubt that sooner or later we will be back in the fold.

I suppose Verhofstadt and his ilk are just playing when they talk of 'ever closer union' and 'give us more power'

Of course the EU has a goal , it wants a federal state, with one ruling leader or council, under one set of laws, one tax system,  with one currency 'that shall be the euro'
'Nationalism is the enemy !' Another of his quotes.
So , to say they dont have a goal , when they clearly state their goals , usually when that gap toothed hitler wannabe lets loose, is in fact , nonsense !

You need to do a little research. From long  before the Treaty of Rome was signed, the goal has always been a grouping of once sovereign states under a single governing body. Most Prime ministers, Presidents etc have chosen not to tell the general public of course as it would be massively unpopular, which is why it's being realised by baby steps and stealth, but be in no doubt the long term goal remains the same.

Who's long term goal?

Aims

The aims of the European Union within its borders are:

  • promote peace, its values and the well-being of its citizens
  • offer freedom, security and justice without internal borders, while also taking appropriate measures at its external borders to regulate asylum and immigration and prevent and combat crime
  • establish an internal market
  • achieve sustainable development based on balanced economic growth and price stability and a highly competitive market economy with full employment and social progress
  • protect and improve the quality of the environment
  • promote scientific and technological progress
  • combat social exclusion and discrimination
  • promote social justice and protection, equality between women and men, and protection of the rights of the child
  • enhance economic, social and territorial cohesion and solidarity among EU countries
  • respect its rich cultural and linguistic diversity
  • establish an economic and monetary union whose currency is the euro

Go back a little further, look a little harder and stop buying in to the marketing. The real history starts before the term European Union had been thought of.

Even the last bullet point is economically unworkable. The primary purpose of the Euro is to keep Germany's export pricing competitive around the world which wouldn't be the case if they retained their own currency. And of course it has the exact opposite effect for the Greeks and several other Eurozone states with their economies based on primary produce such as foodstuffs and tourism.

What's more, the EU is the only major trading bloc who's share of world markets is continually shrinking.
