Yes. A used Yildiz is just that I am told.

Or you may find it less expensive just to use standard steel not HP steel through such as an old AyA Matador? Or an even older BSA made by SKB in Japan as a BSA 200 (I think). Holt's may very well be worth a look as their Sealed Bid catalogue is now online. Hope it helps!

I’d go for a Winchester.

Built strong but prior to HP, I’d have no reservations.

^^this..

Winchester 23 fits the description and you may just find one for your budget.
But I have never handled another SxS that feels less like a SxS than these.

I'd disagree London best. Obviously it's a personal preference. I have a choice of a kavanagh, trulock and Harris or Winchester 23. The Winchester is always taken. Very pointable  great handling gun. Built to last.  From duck to woodcock it'll knock them.

There is a Zabala 12Ga 3 1/2 inch chamber SxS in the Holts winter auction with a guide of £70-90.  Local to you.  Lot 5601 sale S0122. You could buy a lot of something else with the money left over

That look nice,
