Yes, you'd just need to define "lovely old things". All is well as Sierra still make 40 and 45 grainers in Hornet flavour - although currently sold out.

I stopped using Sierra Hornet bullets (but still have some left) after I tried Hornady V-max with Lil’gun powder. Group sizes reduced by two thirds.
