Scully
Some countries may have taken it seriously, others may have just regarded it as giving the impression of toeing the line with little intention of following up, whilst others may have seen it as a potential means of procuring funding for whatever it is they feel aggrieved about. Yellow Bear
It was mainly just an expensive and polluting jolly for "climate change" scientists looking to increase there Gravy Train funding.
al4x
Not much has come out of it. We did a fairly large move of artwork for a jolly up there, it appears the next round of Willy waving will be the next world economic forum in davos, just been quoting for the same art collection to go out there for a week while they party and jet in and out and tell the rest of us how to clean up the planet…….. Walker570
Basically a complete waste of public money when we cannot get the huge potholes filled in our country roads. Hypocrits the lot of them.

Westward
COP26 was failed vanity project for Boris since China, Russia, Australia, Germany, America and now Japan have all thumbed their noses at the functionally impossible Nett Zero wheeze. old man
I have a bet with myself, being the fact that we will be pushed headlong into this farce with our economy and personal circumstances trashed along the way whilst the rest will just make token adjustments that fit their own economic agendas? Common sense says no real world politicians would ever do this but out tin pots will as they strive to be seen on the big stage? Laughable if not so serious? Third world economy here we come?
