At Codnor Park Railway Station except Dr Beeching did for that. Not a lot of people know that. There's maybe a "Blitz Night" pub quiz question there somewhere? 'Mad Mike' Hoare was an advisor on the film, one of his soldiers in Africa was a colourful character called 'Congo' Müller, a German mercenary who wore his Iron Cross on parade!
