Hi After taking the ATA back 3 times have been given full refund the problem is the O ring on the inlet valve lifts out of its seating when the gun is being filled and does not reseat properly therefore not closing properly would not send out complete new valve just 3 O rings which kept lifting such a shame really lovely rifle

Snap.

Mine went back twice. I wanted a refund but they ignored it.

Thing is i was proper pissy. Its a 60mile round trip, doing 2 extra times as matey in sgc from all accounts didnt bother changing the oring just reseated it first time it went in (i mean what a ******* idiot, its a 10p oring ***, change it if youve opened the gun up) to which it  obviously **** its self straight away. So back to sgc, he now has changed the oring. Ive been told the valve has been changed as well, but the paper work doesnt state that.

After 2 **** ups i cant say ive got much faith in the thing. Ive done 10 pellets over a chrono (11.1-11.2ft/lb), thats it in 3 months of owning it as its been in the shop for about a month, and couple of weeks inbetween trying to find a slot to drop it off when im available and their open. Ive been busy with health and work issues so hardly had time to get out and try it. So at new years time i planned a big weekend away with a bit of airgunning involved, so took it to wales and by the time id got there it had leaked the lot in the hard case. So that ****ed the weekend, nearly a waste of 300+ miles, got home and i videod trying to fill it (as i knew what would happen), you can hear it pop as the seal gets blown out, i would put it on but im swearing a fair bit.

I got it back last thurs, i checked it over, it had 60bar in it. How the **** can they test a gun with 60bar. *** the reg is probably set at 80 or above.

So i set too with the hand pump, i dont know if youve ever filled a 500+cc bottle to 220bar with a pump, its hard work, i stopped after 150 bar and took the whip off to see if it was going to dump its load, it didnt. So, so far so good. Carried on pumping to 220bar, and ive put it in the cabinet. Ill check it after work tomoz, if its leaked, if it has, ill be proper kicking off.

Its a shame, its actually a nice feeling rifle to me, tho ill need to tweek the trigger (if it actually holds air).

Surprise surprise

Its lost 80bar in 2 days.

Its going back.

Right ive had this from a gunstore who keep sending it back to sportsman gun center who distribute it to get fixed. Also ive had enough of wasting diesel, do i have any rights to make them collect it? Its 45min each way, about £10 in my van. Should i just **** the store off and go straight to sgc? What consumer rights do i have? If i took it out of its stock to do a leak test to find where its leaking could i void the warrenty?

I want a refund. Its a piece of ****.
