The hand hammered ones look good, with just a straight wooden/bamboo handle. Needs to be UK based preferably, or reputable online supplier. bruno22rf Posted February 27, 2022 Report Share Posted February 27, 2022 I cook a lot of Chinese and I find the Home Icon Wok (Amazon) to be perfect, it's non stick so not traditional as such but it's good quality and the handle pops off so it fits in the dishwasher easily.
