Browning 325 trap/beaver tail Forend

At present I'm ok BUT seeing as the gun is 1989 the wood is getting on a bit and it isn't very thick on the sides.  The other side of the coin is that any forend is going to be similar state and it's a bit of an issue matching up wood grain, colour and grain pattern.   Down to a glue repair if the thing cracks or splits.
