I bought one of these some time ago and find it pretty useful when space is at a premium in a vehicle etc. It`s also fairly well padded.

Is that the sort of thing that you`re after?

Unfortunately, mine`s not for sale as it`s too useful.

I would suggest that the modern version of these will be OK, but I would be wary of an old leather type. The lining inside will be well worn and possibly even missing. Each time you slide the stock/action inside it picks up bits of leather which can find their way into the guns action. I have seen the inside of the locks on a sidelock where this had happened.
