High tensile wire was going through fine but came to a solid stop short of the exit.  I am thinking a whole bunch of dead rats maybe seeing they have a pro vemin guy sorts those and they will go down in their nests to die.  He now finds there is a rope in the pipe but that will not budge either.  All sorts of possibilities...rats and maybe a large old wasp nest or both.

Going to cut back the pipe as it is quite near the exit.

I'm just advising from a distance ..... 11 miles distant to be precise

Hello, how did this go ,? Did it all come good to get the electric on ?

360 digger on site at the moment. Cleared some of the duct and found that the solar panel firm had run the high voltage cable just beneath the surface and then down to the duct, cut a hole in that 12 x 3 inches fed the cable through that then backfilled with of course the soil filling the duct. What a mess and how they got that signed off I do not know.

It was simple to come inside the shed and into the duct there. Mind the way the cable has been run from the panels to that point says it all. Apparently they are now out of business.

That cable has now to be drawn back through then put through the correct way. The holes have now been sealed and waterproofed.  Cost a fortune.
