Rewilding creates wildlife deserts. Animals benefit from a variety of mature and Young fauna. Churning through heavenly weeded areas help water flow increase the spreading of sprats, plankton and other benefits. While I doubt the Young boaters goal was not Enviromental enhancement or destruction what he was doing was most likely not harming the environment.
