That's a fault .

No reg or gun is designed to dump all its air . Sounds to me like the spring that holds the firing valve closed is too weak . When the pressure is above 100 bar that pressure contributes to keeping it shut .below and it starts to let air through it .probably needs a stronger valve spring, and then more preload on your hammer spring to tap it open more to get the power level back up.

I would pursue  milbro for a fix .if your paying for air your gonna be wasting a lot of it  .

An update on this subject.

I had the milbro guardian in 22 cal replaced with a new one out of the box in exchange for the one that was dumping the air pressure

and guess what the replacement gun developed exactly the same problem

dumping its air once the pressure drops below 100 bar again

and before someone says its the result of overcharging the air cylinder is not

i insisted that the replacement was test fired in shop it too failed at approx 98 bar

So my conclusion is

to have a brand new one develope a problem out of the box is bad luck ,

to have the replacement develop exactly the same issue points to a design flaw , poor quality internals or bad batch

So my advise is buyer beware

I cannot recommend one of these to anyone stear clear of them and save yourself 9 months of frustration that's how long it's taken to get  refunded

The shop owner has been great

the distributor however has been a nightmare excuses all the way

Well after all that messing about with that piece of rubbish (the milbro guardian)

I ended up buying a walther rotex RM8 ultra carbine in 22 instead

For 50 quid extra ok a bit on the heavier side granted but bullet proof And a tack driver at 50 yards and more importantly no issues with no loss of air so I'm happy
