max151
Hi just been trying to one shot zero my scope.Fired the first shot at target which hit 1 inch low and half an inch to the right.I followed book Instructions and got the green cross which i kept on the target and moved the vertical cross hair half an inch to the right. When i tried to move the horizontal cross hair it wouldnt go down but did go up.Im wondering why i cant get the horizontal cross hair to go down to the point of contact. oldypigeonpopper
Hello, have you ran out of adjustment, took ages to do my XT, had to shim in the end, started at 20 yards and worked up to 60 yards, it's not easy doing the 1 shot zero so we dialled in like a normal scope, this was held in a work bench with a home made rifle clamp, Edited June 24, 2022 by oldypigeonpopper
manthing
The head on the photon is on a big swivel joint and is adjustable. Loosen the 2 top Allen bolts and tighten the 2 bottom bolts and the whole head should rotate down slightly. No need to shim or buy an adjustable mount. Have a look on tubeyou if your struggling. Did both my xt's and the rt is the same from what I've seen. Also when doing the one shot zero I put mine in a workmate.
