All I can see them doing is fisting money into some cronies pocket to detect migrants... when the migrants use a mobile to get border force there anyway if the French don't arrange a UK escort boat. Desperation at its best to make it appear something is being done because France can't be made to deal with the issue in its attempts to ridicule Brexit.
