FF6 flapper

I don`t see why not Steve, they will surely fit on OK, but I`m not sure that the speed would be too fast. Not having used flappers for anything but pigeons, perhaps someone who has, would be better to give a definitive answer.

Sorry that I cannot be more helpful.

I agree that the speed would be too fast for Corvids. There's a turbo model available which has a remote and variable speed built in. I do have a speed controller (non remote though) and an intermittent timer that I could add to the basic model, or just buy the turbo one and be done with it. Thanks for your input.

yes pal... ideal if you slow the flap speed down...

I agree, and as mentioned to Old Boggy, I can fit a speed controller to it, or just buy the turbo model.

Yes ! I use one for pigeons,Crows,Rooks and Jackdaws you can get extensions for Rook and Crow wings to spread them slightly wider but a slow/low speed is more important iv'e the remote fob so can experiment without leaving the hide. I find Jackdaws fairly easy to decoy with just a few decoys anyway

Thanks. I've always found Jackdaws easy to decoy to a flapper, and even a rotary. I've got one flapper but would like another one. I'll probably get the FF6 Turbo.

Did you get the FF6 Steve ?

Just wondering how you got on with the corvids as I was thinking of buying one.

No I didn't get one but still considering it. I very rarely shot pigeons due to the lack of them on my permissions, and concentrate on Corvids. A 'normal' flapper would be okay for them.
