JKD
This is worth another 👍 I don't eat enough pasta, despite it being reasonably easy to cook and liking it so much 😏

The bolognaise looks banging too 👌🏻 some garlic/cheesy garlic bread on the side and we have perfection

Yes, when the dish is ready to serve, I put the pasta in the bowl and add garlic infused olive oil and black pepper, then spoon on the bolognese sauce and add more black pepper. If the mood takes me I also add fresh grated parmesan. This time I did not add cheese. 2 hours ago, TIGHTCHOKE said: Well the food looks very good and your choice of wine is great. Was it a Fontanafredda? The Barolo was Trocken 2017 from LIDL ( 🤨) discounted to about £15 but nice occasionally as a treat

I am happy with Spaghetti for Spaghetti Bolognese 😁

Note For Ditchie - you don't need any teeth to eat this 😁
London Best
2 hours ago, oldypigeonpopper said: hello, you will love venison sausages ?? Most venison sausage eats dry, unless made with a large percentage of pork fat (I forget the actual quantities). I eat a LOT of venison and a lot of sausages and venison sausages are my least favourite sausage.
