"Sounds like someone building a shed" as Frank Skinner(?) once said :P

Seriously though

It's hard to figure out exactly what is going on, and I bet it sounds great in a club off your head

Do you do it for clubs or just for your own entertainment?

.. and you are now going to tell me DJ's don't mix the 12" of Paul Hardcastles 19 into Prefessional Widow anymore using an old style telephone hooked up the the mixer?

Not bad Dazzyboi!

I've a set of 1210's with a Vestax mixer back at home. I'm really missing them at the moment! I'm more into the hip hop and turntablism side of things, though i have played breaks and a little DnB at some partys down in Cornwall!

I used to have some rare Marco V vinyl but sold it to fund my trip to OZ.

I was tempted by the cd decks at one point (you can download and burn everything), i'm more of a vinyl purist though! :P

You will be converted one day matey :good: pure simplicity having the ability to get tunes from the comfort of your own home, for the price of £1.75 compared to the average cost of vinyl £3.50-£5

It makes sense, but for some reason owning a tune on vinyl is great! I love to collect really rare vinyl, i have about £5000 worth and i'm still going. It's taken about 4 years though but some of the records i have will more than double (or already have) in price in the next couple of years!
