Once again Simon it look very nice, but how on earth do you get an appetite to devour a meal like that everyday , my routine is , up around 6.30 , have a cuppa and watch some of the 7am news , then out with the dog for about an hour , this morning I went to Burgh Castle for an hour and twenty minutes , then home for a spot of breakfast which is no more than a toasted roll , today is bath day and then out till I got home at 5pm , I did have a sandwich in Waitrose car park at North Walsham with a coffee , out again a little after 6pm and getting home a hour later I put my tea on which was ready around 7.45 , had fish and chips and the rest of last nights bits of breaded chicken , now full up and will be walking the dog around the crescent after the news and then turn in about 11pm . MM i eat 1 and a half times/day............. i like a nice cooked meal 4 times/week...........it keeps me busy with my hands and i like the end result when it goes down my throat... the other 3 days i eat simple and small......scambled egg on toast ....or sardines or pilchards in tom sauce on toast......next week im having a bit of an experiment making an mushroom/cheese/freshcooked spinach omlette with a slice of ham on the side...
