Dougy
Roast Carrots, Parsnips, 2kg browned chuck steak, 3/4 bottle of cheap Shiraz, a good splash of Lea & Perrins and in the slow cooker for a couple of days on low. Will be served with mash and peas. Really need a smelly vision for this, it smells bloody good. Edited November 16 by Dougy
TIGHTCHOKE
Looks good, but I bet it smells divine. Seriously in the Slow Cooker for "days"? You'll end up with soup.

Couple of days meaning 18hours, on yesterday at lunch and off this morning. On low is OK . 👍 I think allot depends on the cut of meat too. Yes it does fall apart

That look superb , the only thing is , I would had gave in to temptation before the two days were up , been out all day and I was thinking of my tea as it started to get dark , that would had been something to well look forward to and my dog could had licked the bowl out . MM😛 I might even try a Partridge casserole during the week .
