bruno22rf Posted November 29 Report Share Posted November 29 Chicken Tikka Masala actually translates to Tikka (pieces) and Masala (gravy) so pretty much anything goes. BIR have come to Standish the recipe as basically a Tomato and Almond sauce with cream for smoothness. Really easy to make a stunning dish in a slow cooker, trick is (in my experience) to only use quality ground Almonds and not cheap supermarket offerings.
