clubb699
Hi all, Ive had permission on a mates field to kill pigeons rabbits etc once ive got some practice in of course, i have not fired a gun for almost 16 years, after reading over the last few weeks i can see that the air rifles have improved alot, Im about to purchase a BSA Ultra Single or Multi not to sure just yet but what i would like to know what is the maximum killing distance of a .22 Pellet on either a rabbit or Pigeon. Cheers lads
loopy bunny blaster
an air rifle will kill past 65 yards, but VERY few people can match that figure, limit yourself to the range at which you can group all your shots into a 50pence piece sized circle

bunnybasher07
its hard to say.... depends how good a shot you are, a good range to take bunnies is at 20-40 yds. Remember to get a good scope because it does make the difference keep us upto date on what your grouping is and what youve shot .. Cheers GM
