Rise of the foot soldier

 Ive actually seen the soco pictures(bloody gruesome), my mate was the first soco on the scene, interesting that there are 2 people up for it, he said that there was only one set of footprints coming away from the landrover....which suggests to me that the killer was in the car!!! :)

EE, you are spot on there, all the evidence points to one person and one person only carrying out the deed. I'm no expert on Firearms wounds but can somebody explain to me how a shotgun, sawn off or otherwise could be hidden let alone wielded in a range rover quick enough to kill off three people especially considering two were shot in the front seats from behind. Also the entry, exit wounds point to something abit more powerful than a shotgun. If you see the pics, the two in the front look like some of the fox pics on here with distorted faces were the vaccum from the bullet has exiting has caused serious trauma. I am told it was a professional hit done with a 9mm browning handgun and that the hitman was actually a french man.

The pics also show the number of shotgun cartridges lying around the vehicle, but considering that it is on Peter Theobolds farm and that he was on his way to feed the pheasants and that also there are a lot of pigeon shot around there, do you not think it coincidence especially as all bar one window is done up (The other being shot out) and yet the cartridges are all around the vehicle.

Another factor is that it had been a freezing night and Peter theobold states that he's vehicle was fully iced up when going to start it, and yet the Range rover was completely free of frost or ice. The police pinned time of death at no later than 7pm the night before as none of the guys phones had been used past that point!!!!!!!! and yet time between then and them being found would have meant frost forming on the vehicle.

Lot of contridicting evidence, pinned on the word of a known life criminal turning Queens evidence to reduce his own sentence.:good::oops:

That window was not shot out either- Pate Tate done it himself with his arm/elbow from the reflex of the first shot to the chest...

So let's get this straight, you associated with the hitman and his brother, you have placed yourself at the scene around the time of the hits and you wanted the three of 'em dead?

At this rate you won't be reading about his retrial, you'll be taking part

Anything else you wish to tell us? Coming from Suffolk you seem to know a bit of what goes on in these here parts.

Anyone buried under the A130 bypass perhaps :good:

You seem to forget Bagsy most of here are from Essex originally......... I not because I had hit the big time in the London underworld.......I merely swapped from a three bed terrace in Hornchurch to five bedrooms and a paddock up here.

You all know to much :)

Its probably because it was one of the biggest things to have happened both in Essex and around certain parts of Suffolk at the time it occurred.

Starlight32 as I said the other night, don't believe all you read in books or see in films. I had a look at the website you mentioned, some bloody good pics on there. I had seen the body shots before in the vehicle, but not the ones in the mortuary, also interesting about the disturbed area photographs.

Edit: Meant to have said the best thing about "Essex Boys" was Alex Kingston :good::oops::lol::lol:

I don't think at all its a case of what you read or watch is to be believed. I have had an interest in the case for years, and everytime I head back to Essex to see old friends it always comes up in discussion- With this film now out, a further wave of discussion will continue as will the anticipated release of Steele and Whomes.

Spoke to a friend this afternoon who is a bit more in the know and was told that the appeals are due to be heard within the next three months (pending conclusion of certain independant witness statements). Two seperate/different ones apparently for each of the guys. Not usre if trying to cover all bases???

Best thing about Essex boys was that I was acting manager for one of three amusement arcades on Southend seafront and we got paid for mingling with the actors and giving them free rides on the video games during the night.

One of ours was New York New York that was used as blondes.

The scene were a bloke is thrown through a window, two of four charges failed to go off and the stuntman literally went through the window and missed his soft landing

if you watch the film again you can clearly see him jerk his arm thro the window.

I have seen all those pictures full sized and a lot bigger, they went to a great deal of effort to mimic this in the film, which was probably wasted on anyone who hasnt seen the pictures............
