BIG pat on the back, Mrs S , whats with the junk food any how, don't ya shoot & eat fresh !! get some shooting done, & fill the freeza.....

they'll love it when they feel the diffrence, all ya gotta do is cook it, in ya own authentic way...any ol'way...(every one thinks ya need a recepie book- huh!) wahts wrong with pheasant topped pizza, venison vindaloo, or chineese style rabbit..

I know its rather a "cliche" to be talking about proper eating and diets at this time of year, but I certainly intend to clean up my act and stop the secret eating.

Mrs Cranfield provides great , healthy, balanced food at home, but I succumb to popping into the Bakers on the way out shooting, or fishing and loading up with sausage rolls, or pies and also a couple of doughnuts.

PC nibbles include plain chocolate brazils ( a true weakness) and I find it hard to walk by any shop selling soft ice cream ( I live on the coast :good: ).

This year will be different and I want to get some serious weight off, all I am doing now is waiting for WeightWatchers, or Slimming World to announce their cut price offers and I am joining.

I don't want their special diets, or green books/red books, but the peer pressure of the weekly weigh ins will motivate me.

Anyone else making any changes ?

Always making changes Cranny

Gave up the smokes nearly 4 years ago, got back into this sport to get me out and try and get fit again, but I'm one of them people who's only gotta look at food and put a stone on unless I'm active.

I am listening to some great old time SKA music here from Bad Manners, the songs on here are all Fatty songs, it didn't click till I thought back all them years and got the picture of the singer who was a big fella :D

My goal this year is to get back down to my fighting weight and feel healthier when I'm out Beating or Hunting :good:

apparently beer and pear together is very nice (some how think sweepy has not quite got the hung of eating healthy let )

anyway it looks like i will be making lots of visits to the local farm shop. they just going to lovvvvvvvvve me.and i might need a second job to pay for it all .

all i can say is thank god my lot have not found the nuts let :good:
