Use duck (and goose) fat to make mega roast spuds.

Boil the Murphs for about 3 minutes, drain and let dry for a few moments, then when still piping hot gently roll them in the fat.

Roast in the normal way with a meat joint or whatever..........you'll bless the day you asked the question!

Kind Regards

Eug

either use it for gravy, or mix it with the left overs and give to the dogs or cats. what we do or mix it with meat like bacon that is on its last days and you have stacks of it with to much to spare, cook it mix with the fat and then give to the dogs/cats

Aled

GIVE IT TO THE ANIMALS?!?!? ARE YOU MAD BOY? :P

The spuds are excellent :P

Well you could always use it as Axle grease for your 4X4 and then watch the dogs chew your tyres instead of Pi*# on em

Seriously though you could always use it for ANY purpose you would use grease for ie greasing your gun before storage or if you live inner city put it on top of your garden wall with a bit of powdered Glass to keep the little Sh*ts out of your property.

Personally i wouldn't use ANY bird fat for cooking as it is one of the HIGHEST saturate fats there is.:)

Or a way I would personally use it would be to mix cooked rice / raisins / monkey nuts / and other seeds with it and pack half an empty coconut shell and hang it in the garden to help the little birds get over the winter ;):lol: :o
