Have I made the right decision?

 

You need to try a variety of makes of pellet and find the ones your gun groups best with.

Thanks for the advice.

The trouble is finding different types of pellet around where I live.

It's a bit like fishing, someone swears by somthing they use, you try it and it's a bag of ****e and you spend hours defending your opinion over theirs!!!

 

I'll try the wasps when they come and if they don't group better than than the pointed ones I have now I'll move on.

If after trying a few the grouping doesn't improve then it'll be the guns fault because I'm perfect :D

Before going mad buying loads of seperate tins snakebite y dont you try a pell pax their small tester packs of air rifle pellets its cheaper on your wallet & you find out what your rifle likes a lot easier they do have a web site but i cant think of it but im sure that their are a few others that hang around on this site that might know it.

That seems abloody good idea!!

 

I did wonder if pellet manufacturers did do a "sample pack" of their wares but thought they wouldn't bother due to cost.

 

Hopefully someone here will know the site.
