Dunkield
At the risk of sounding like your hairdresser "where are you off to on your 'olidays?" With the pound at rock bottom against the Euro and the Dollar, are you still planning to go abroad or staying in blightly next year? I have 2 foreign shooting/fishing trips planned (in my head at least) already, so for me to say it's too expensive to go away on a family holiday may be a tricky conversation

jonnyoftheboy
Has been US, Spain or france for the past 6 years, but think UK for us next year..... with exchange rates with the economy on its knees..... should be some decent deals. Dunkield
im going to spend as much time as I can in Scotland this year. I forgot, I will be going to Scotland with the lads as well, I had better prepare myself for that foreign holiday conversation Thinking about it, the expense will be when you get there, not so much the travel - so all inclusives must be the way to go
MC
I am off to southern ireland fishing in september and my parents are moving their caravan into suusex for the year so I will be spending a bit of time down there. You never know I may even get to shoot the "Quality" targets that the area is so famous for.
jonnyoftheboy
haven't looked at the actual foreign holiday prices for next year...... has anyone found that they have actually gone up compared to what they did last year? Jonno243
Off to Costa Rica in February for as near as damn it 4 weeks. Has been all booked up since last March, but that doesn't alleviate the kick in the teeth that the devaluation of the pound feels like! The fishing just got that little bit more expensive! GJUK
I've not had a 'holiday' (been away from home) in about 8 years now. Being single and owning 3 dogs doesnt make it very easy. I do need to get away soon though, maybe next year I will . J
