young rabbits

turned up at work the other day only to notice a rabbit had been digging in the ten ton of sand where i park my van.nevermind work out with the shovel. dug half the heap away only to be greeted by 3 baby bunnys no bigger than my hand. i see the mother about today and shes moved them to a hole under a log pile. in the middle of the ferreting season and there having young.whatever happened to them good owd frosty winters.

I am having the same problem with young rabbits, one today was probably more than half grown already :devil: , it can only of been a few years ago when we were ferreting up till the end of march but now we are having to stop just a week into February, as there seem to be young in nearly every bury now.

its just too mild!!
