Peter De La Mare
Woke up at 0730, peered out of window and saw trees horizontal and ******* rain, turned over and went back to sleep again. Obviously, by 1030/1100 it had turned into a nice day, but by then I couldn't be bothered to do anything.

paulos
Recovered from last week's embarrasing display at Kegworth today. Shot a tricky 60 birder at my local ground and won it with a 57. Missed 3 on my first stand and then straighted the rest Profited from the day so thats a brucey bonus

Chard
Just got back from Shugborough That was even harder than last time The wind was causing difficulties with some of the high stuff, and I didn't think the "easy" stands were as easy as they were last time. Scores on the doors : Chard - 72 Anni - 65 Magman - 65 Magboy - 43 That was good shooting from Magboy, beating his 36 last time we went to Shugborough. Well shot chap, you hit some tough stuff there. Mine was 2 better than last visit, and I thought the course was tougher this time. A few blokes were still managing to get into the 90's - outstanding stuff

ME
Went to Offten with MC & his mate Nigel. Nice friendly shoot. We need one like that in Essex I shot as consistantly as ever. Considering the Jagerbombs and B52's I had last night it could have been worse.

Chard
not another one with trigger freeze I had the best excuse today I left my beloved shooting vest at home because I was still half asleep. It had one of my half chokes in the pocket, and my sunglasses AND my earplugs. I've now got a banging head. If I'd have remembered it, I expect I'd have scored about 90 (ish)

JonD
Nice shooting guys! Nice one Magboy! Shot a new PB on the skeet today 20 ex 25 And straighted stand 4 for the first time Had been battling with it until a session with an instructor spotted I have cross dominance a couple of months ago and have been working on it Shame 3 other instructors completely missed it. magman
Whats the story on 1/4 chokes To be honest there were some very distant high birds there today and i thought i would struggle to break them with 1/4 choke , after the lads shot it with 1/2 i thought 1/4 may be a bit chippy but not, had all good clean kills and done better on some
magman
not another one with trigger freeze Seemed like it or perhaps i never took my finger off the trigger after the first shot im over it
