Hi all, i'm back online again after some computer problems :sly: But i still have the following problem, my email account dosnt seem to be working properly, microsoft outlook kind of works but it seems to block a fair bit of mail and if i try to use outlook express i get the following error message

The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

I'm on a plusnet broadband email addy if that helps? any ideas

Double Check your account settings in Outlook

Incoming mail server is (POP3) mail.plus.net (Port 110)

Outgoing mail server is (SMTP) relay.plus.net (Port 25)

Make sure your username and password are also correct.

Also are you using any spam filtering or antivirus software that checks your mail? this may be the cause of your blocked emails.

Hope this helps

Cheers
